Preparing the case

Pull the rubber liner out of the bottom of the case and set it aside (You will need it, so don't damage or loose it) The lid will have foam stuck to it, leave it there, otherwise it will just make a mess trying to get it out.

Lay the Template you just made inside the case, like in the picture below, be sure to move it to the right as far as you can, and tape it in place.

Use a sharp object (below) to punch a center spot for drilling. you need to do this for the 3 standoffs and sensor hole.

Drill all four holes, make sure the bit is the size for the screws, not to big here. the bit size I used is 1/8"

Use a 1 1/8" hole saw and cut the hole for the sensor. then Deburr the hole inside and out.

Lay the Fresnel lens (milky white lens) on the PT 1100 sealing tape and cut a piece to size out, pull the Red plastic off of one side, center it on the hole and stick it there. Dip your sharp knife into some alcohol and from the inside of the case cut a hole in the tape by following the hole in the case. Now peel off the white plastic and center the Fresnel lens (Groove or rough side in toward sensor) and stick it in place, Sorry but I forgot a picture of this.
